Your Bulgarian property viewing trip will cost £150, this will cover your transport and arrangement of accommodation, a guide and driver.

Of course, your viewing trip fee will be refunded if you buy any property offered by us, so you have nothing to lose, just a great experience in a great country.

If you like, you can create a company whilst you're in Bulgaria, since this is required in order to own a property with land there, this will cost £400. If you want to buy, the total cost of a property will be:

• Your holding company £400
• 3% government purchase tax
• £200 government purchase tax
• Price of property
