Once you've booked your flight and filled out the Book now form, we'll welcome you to one of our approved airports including Bucharest in Romania, Sofia in Bulgaria or Varna in Bulgaria. You'll see our Investment Link Bulgaria LTD card being held up from one of our associates (Look out for the Padlock/House logo).

You'll travel to Bulgaria, and be put in a hotel within your budget (We recommend the Concord, which is £40 per night for total luxury). Next day you'll come down to our office to lear a little about us, we're a small company and do not pressure sell, our idea is that even if you don't buy, chances are you'll go home and tell your friends that you love Bulgaria and had a great time whilst there.

You'll go see some Bulgarian houses within a 50 Mile radius of Veliko Turnovo, if you wish closer ones just tell us and we'll show you closer ones, in fact the exact one you are interested in.

We'll take you for a meal or two, sample the local food and drink and then set you free to sample the city of Veliko Turnovo.

Once you're finished sampling bulgaria, we'll take you back to the airport, we're confident you'll be sad to leave, and we're sure we'll see you again in Veliko Turnovo.
